JEYYO is operated by MB Consulting LLC. For general questions, sign-in help, invitations, Rooms, Events or reports of abusive content or behavior, email info@mbconsulting.qa. Replies may come from our centralized mailbox, founder@mbconsulting.qa.
02 / Accounts and invitations
Describe the issue briefly and include your JEYYO username if available. Do not send passwords, verification codes or other credentials. Instructions for specific account features will follow the available app version.
03 / Privacy and account requests
For questions or requests to access, correct or delete personal information, email privacy@mbconsulting.qa. We may ask for limited information to verify an account before responding. When released, the app will provide its own account-deletion procedure.
04 / Reporting safety concerns
If you need to report harassment, threats, impersonation or misuse, email info@mbconsulting.qa with a brief description. Avoid sending sensitive location information or another person's private content unless necessary. JEYYO is not an emergency service.
05 / How we respond
Messages are handled through MB Consulting's company mailbox. We may request additional details and assess reported concerns. We do not promise a fixed response time or a particular moderation outcome.
